What are some good rat cages?

Question by ~Evangeline~: What are some good rat cages?
My female rats have pretty much destroyed their cage, but it was pretty old. So I have decided it's time to get a new one. I don't have a job, therefore do not have a lot of money. I would like to spend $ 80 or less. Maximum I can go it $ 110, but I really don't want to spend that. I was thinking about this one

However, I would have to cover the second level, and my females are very very destructive. I have tried fleece but the rip it up from the corners and shred it apart. Posting links would be very helpful, this cage only needs to house 2-3.
