Every single person I personally know and every one I see doesn't look after their bird properly. They never let them out of the cage and only feed them seed.

What are some ways to educate people like these on how they should be looking after their birds and the dangers in looking after a bird in this way?

Write a book, see if PetSmart will buy it and put in their stores. And... remember me when you get famous ;)

Seriously, though, it would be beneficial if there was some kind of "Pet Owner's Guide" for every pet and for every owner.
