An active household i had a while ago randomly turned into the neighborhood pet adoption center! This is really frustrating because ive been trying to turn a different household into the neighborhood pet adoption center! I cant seem to find help or answers anywhere! Im hoping someone can help me here ;_;

Hi :). I'm sorry to break it to you, but the reason you haven't found anything about it is because you really cannot make an active household a pet adoption center. The same thing has happened to me before, and I've also wanted to do that same thing as you do before, but I'm afraid you can't. Sorry :(.
