Q&A: There's a pigeon nest outside my house with 2 young pigeons inside. The mother used to always be with them?

I never see the mother or father at all anymore. Did the parents abandon their children? Should I take them in? I have bird food and experience in bird care.

They will probably die, but DO NOT take them in, the carry a ton of diseases and are always growing stuff on there feet, head, eyes...ect.
