Q&A: What's a good non-fish pet for a 1 1/2 gallon tank?

Question by The Firedrake: What's a good non-fish pet for a 1 1/2 gallon tank?
I have a 1 1/2 half gallon, non-heated, tank with a Small Whisper filter and light. What would be a good non-fish pet to have in it? I was looking into Crayfish but do any max out at 2 inches? I think Pipe-fish are too hard to care for. Fancy shrimp? Very small, 100% water frogs? Any links to pics would be appreciated. Thanks!

Shrimp or snails would be your only options for a tank that size.
