Question by Scarlett baby<3: I need some hel deciding what bird to get, can anyone help me?
I want a bird that is easy to take care of and can also talk. I also need some help getting my dad to let me have one. He says we have too many pets already and won't even let me talk about. I used to want an African Grey, but I have recently learned that I, as a novice bird care taker having NO experience, need a simpler bird. I want them to be colorful too! Thanks in Advance!

Other good birds are:
California Parakeet (they are NOT small but not big)
Cockatoo
Budgie

You might want to start off with a smaller bird that can't talk because we had a bird and she SUCKED! I couldnt stand the thing. It NEVER shut up and was always biting everyone but my mom.
Birds suck, end of story.
