Do the female mother cats care or are they not bothered when their baby kittens are sold at 7 weeks old?

Question by Only One Showstoppa: Do the female mother cats care or are they not bothered when their baby kittens are sold at 7 weeks old?
Are they even bothered that their own babies are sold and that she will never see them again. Is she bothered or doesn't she even care?

I know the female cat cares about her kittens when they are before 6-7 weeks, but after that, is she even bothered if they are sold to somebody else? Or does she feel bad inside?

They do care and they look for and even call for them.

And no idiot ever lets a kitten go to a new home before the age of 8 - 10 weeks. They are NOT fully weaned at 6 weeks. The mother has not fully litter-trained them, taught them hygiene, cat manners, etc. Nor are they fully socialized by their own litter when they're that young.
