Is it illegal to have a Fennec Fox as a pet in the state of Pennsylvania?

I recently saw these things and I couldn't help but be curious if they were even legal to own in pennsylvania. I saw that they have breeders for them in New Jersey, and in New York, but none in PA, so yea.. Just wondering if they're illegal or not.

Can You Keep Exotic Pets In Serbia?

I am wondering if you are allowed to keep exotic pets in Serbia.
The reason is because I am moving to Serbia and I was really planning on getting A ball python. I know how to take care of it properly after reading about 7 or 8 web pages, And i was actually planning on getting one for around a year and half ago, so i read a lot about ball pythons.

How to train a puppy as a guard dog?

I have a Lab Australian Shepherd mix he's about 9 weeks old and I'm wanting to train him to be a guard dog, does anyone know how I can do that? Also I'm trying to exercise him be stronger and more agile so I walk him for 10-15 minutes a day around my neighborhood and when we first go out I have him walk down this 1 1/2 foot ditch that makes a V and then walk up the other side to get to the road. And then the same to go back to the house. Idk, I figured it would get him a little stronger, any other tips?
