Is it easy to find work as a dog groomer or trainer?

I am looking to go into a career working with dogs, but I can't decide which career I should get started in. I am not too concerned about money (as long as I can make at least 18-20k a year), I just want something where I will always be able to find work. I am most interested in dog grooming, dog training or possibly vet assistant.

I am planning on attending a college certificate program for one of the three, so I would also like to know if it's easy to find work as a groomer/trainer/vet assistant right out of school.
