I lived in an apartment for 2 years in Madison, Alabama.... I recently moved out and my landlord is trying to charge me $600 for cleaning, and replacing carpet. I have photos and video of how I left the apartment clean... there were 2 small pet stains on the carpet for which I paid $250 pet deposit. Shouldn't the carpet be replaced anyway for the next tenant?
