How many pets can you have in an apartment in massachusetts ? My friend just got her 4th cat !!!!!! and she is special needs so she doesnt make much money.... and she lives alone.... I'm worried that the cats are gonna spray all over the appartment, or that she isnt gonna have enough money for herself after taking care of all those cats... What is the LEGALl limit for massachussetts to have animals ???? (not including small animals and fish.... just for big animals like cats and dogs)
I know landowners and all that make they're own rules, but i heard from The ASPCA or someone that there was a state regulation
